    I can not say enough good things about the staff and service at B&K Auto Tags. Our small local business had an issue arise with PENNDOT. From the moment I walked in the door Tanya and other staff were phenomenal in making sure everything was taken care of. Something that PENNDOT quoted at least 10 days to rectify, B&K had rectified in less than 72 hours. They constantly kept me updated and went above and beyond what was expected. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you all again!

    I am astonished at the lack of customer service exhibited by this tag agency -- this system that allows any business assured fees on every transaction defies capitalism -- it fosters inept attitudes and waste peoples time. I will ensure everyone I know never uses this place!
