- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Our experience working with Kim and buying our first home was absolutely wonderful! She was so accommodating to our crazy schedules, given that we were moving from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania, and was so knowledgeable of the market. She was honest with us and gave us really sound advice on different elements of the buying process, which is something that was invaluable to us as first-time homebuyers. She was an amazing support and awesome negotiator when we were dealing with some very difficult sellers and really came through for us with our 30-day-closing that we needed because our lease was ending. Everyone who she recommended for inspections, the mortgage, and even the oil company were top-notch and great to work with. She was very organized and prompt in her responses, updating us throughout the entire process. It was very convenient that she utilized e-signing programs for the different elements of the contracts, especially since we were doing most of this process from out-of-state. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆THE WORST BANK EVER! I recently went though a horrible situation with someone giving me a bad check and when i went to go sort it out, the staff was SO RUDE. Not only did they not help AT ALL but to this day this still will not. I had to file police reports and handled everything needed for the situation and they still had nothing helpful to say to me. The customer service was horrible and they made me very upset in the middle of the bank, this was my first time dealing with something like this and it is very scary and frustrating and being so young i thought they would help and try hard with me to get this situation resolved. But they did not, every time i call or go in to the bank now to see the progress or ask question the MANAGER won't even speak with me let alone help me. I am not sure why TD Bank has her as a manger or let's people like that treat their customers with such horrible service, after my family and i have been banking with them for years. I do however have to say I LOVE CORPORATE , they were so nice and helpful and i do intend to call again on behalf of the Doylestown branch being so neglectful and unhelpful.By Samantha cohen, August 11, 2017
