- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Our experience working with Kim and buying our first home was absolutely wonderful! She was so accommodating to our crazy schedules, given that we were moving from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania, and was so knowledgeable of the market. She was honest with us and gave us really sound advice on different elements of the buying process, which is something that was invaluable to us as first-time homebuyers. She was an amazing support and awesome negotiator when we were dealing with some very difficult sellers and really came through for us with our 30-day-closing that we needed because our lease was ending. Everyone who she recommended for inspections, the mortgage, and even the oil company were top-notch and great to work with. She was very organized and prompt in her responses, updating us throughout the entire process. It was very convenient that she utilized e-signing programs for the different elements of the contracts, especially since we were doing most of this process from out-of-state. Overall, we would highly recommend Kim as a realtor and are so grateful for her dedication and guidance with every step of buying our first home!By Samantha Cutting, August 14, 2017
